ServeToro — Terms of Service & Subscription Agreement

Welcome to ServeToro ("we", "us", "our"), a SaaS platform operated by ServeToro, LLC. By clicking "I Agree", signing up, or using any part of the Service, you ("Customer", "you") accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Agreement"). If you do not agree, do not sign up.

1. Subscription & 14-Day Trial

1.1 Signup begins a 14-day free trial with full Enterprise-tier feature access. No credit card is required and no charge is made during the trial. 1.2 End of trial. At the end of the 14-day trial, if you have not selected and paid for a plan, your account becomes read-only: you may log in, view, and export your data, but all other features are locked until you choose a plan. Your data is never deleted at trial end. 1.3 One trial per customer. The free trial is available once per company/account and is not available again for reactivated accounts. 1.4 Cancel anytime. Paid subscriptions may be cancelled at any time from within the app or by emailing support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

2. Data & Data Extract

2.1 We maintain your data during the term of the subscription and for a reasonable window after cancellation. 2.2 You may export your data at any time — before, during, or after cancellation — using the in-app Import/Export center at no charge.

3. Confidentiality & Security

3.1 We implement commercially reasonable, industry-standard security measures to protect your data. You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for enabling reasonable protective measures such as strong passwords and multi-factor authentication when available.

4. Governing Law

4.1 This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States and, where applicable, the state in which the customer's principal business is located, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. 4.2 The parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute informally before pursuing formal legal remedies.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 In no event shall ServeToro's aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. 5.2 We disclaim liability for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost data.

6. Acceptable Use

6.1 You may not use the Service for illegal activity, to send spam, to interfere with other customers' use of the Service, or to attempt to probe, scan, or breach our systems.

7. Changes to these Terms

7.1 We may update this Agreement from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

8. Acknowledgment

By clicking "I Agree" and signing up you affirm that: (a) you are at least 18 years old and authorized to bind your company, (b) you have read and agree to this Agreement in full, (c) you consent to your acceptance being recorded along with your IP address, user-agent, and timestamp for audit purposes.
