Street View before you dispatch — 4 things you'll spot
Preview the property in Street View
Before dispatching a crew, spend 15 seconds in Street View. Look for:
- Gate access — chain link vs solid, code needed, side yard entry.
- Overgrowth — how long since it was serviced? Adjust duration up.
- Vehicles / obstacles — permanent RV in the driveway, low-hanging branches.
- Neighbors' equipment — helps identify property boundary.
